- First to make hung curd,take a seive line with muslin cloth,add 500ml of unsour curd,tie it (if you have cream cheese u can skip the process).

- To make base take ready mate cake,I have no cake mould (jo neeche se open hota hi) so I take glasses, put cake in glasses.
- Now take hung curd in a bowl add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and mix it well. Now add 1/2 cup of mango pulp and 1 tsp mango essence. Mix well
- Take 200 ml of cream and whisk until stiff peaks form. Now take a bowl add 1 tbsp gelatin add little water and set a side for 10 mins.
- Take bloomed gelatin in a pan,put this pan on low heat until gelatin melts,it will take just few seconds.
- Now add hung curd mixture and cream together,scrap the sides add few drops of mango essence and colour.
- Now add melted gelatin mix well.
- Now add this mixture in glasses, if you have cake tin add this. Spread it evenly,refrigerate it until we make jelly.
- Take 1 tbsp of gelatin in a pan add little water,let it set for 10 mins. Now melt it on low flame. Add 1/2 cup of mango pulp and 1/4 cup of sugar,Cook on low flame until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from fire and let it cool for few seconds. Add few drops of mango essence and colour and mix it well.
- Now add this puree on top.Genlty shake it. Refrigerate overnight.
- Now our cheese cake is ready without any baking and cream cheese πππ Tadaa.. Ready to eat.
The most difficult part of making it is waiting while it sets in the fridge. In light of this, I usually make it up the night before, place it in the fridge, and serve it the next day for dessert. This is the easiest, yummiest cheesecake ever. Of course, the problem with no effort is that you want to make it all the time! Add half of this mixture to the cream cheese mix.
